Neil is recognised as an expert in transformational leadership, strategic growth, and building high-performing teams. With a proven record in digital and technology strategy, sales, and marketing, he has consistently delivered growth, secured flagship contracts, and elevated client value across the public sector, SMEs, and global enterprises.
Over his career, Neil has:
Co-founded and led one of Scotland’s most successful software companies, guiding its growth through acquisition, buyout, and eventual sale.
Served as Executive Director at Pogo Digital Healthcare, bringing innovative digital health products to the NHS and private providers.
Supported innovation and growth as a Non-Executive Director for multiple software and digital businesses.
Contributed to the third sector as Vice Chair of Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland and as Chair of Sporting Memories Scotland.
Drawn inspiration and resilience from an unusual role—working as a golf caddie during his recovery from a stroke at 41.
Neil is also the author of five books exploring leadership, personal development, creativity, and entrepreneurship. His upcoming work, The Leadership Book – Achieving the Empathetic Edge (2026), continues his focus on themes such as acceptance, purpose, resilience, imagination, and values—principles that shape the services we deliver.
